IT Assistant

Pakistan Gum Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring a technically proficient IT Assistant to provide essential support for our IT and network infrastructure.

Location: B-30, Estate Avenue, SITE Area, Shershah, Karachi

Requirement :

Minimum: 01-Year relevant experience

Education: Minimum Intermediate, Gradation:

Responsibilities :

Network Maintenance:

Diagnosing and resolving network issues, such as connectivity problems, performance issues, and hardware or software faults, in a timely manner

Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment. This involves performing routine maintenance tasks upgrades, and configuration adjustments.

Monitor CCTV systems to maintain facility security during shifts.

Promptly respond to suspicious activities or incidents observed on CCTV.

Troubleshoot basic issues related to CCTV equipment and systems
