  • Coordinate with internet service providers (ISPs) immediately in case of link failures or slow speeds.
  • Maintain backup internet connections and switch over seamlessly when required.

3. Software Provisioning & Access Control

  • Assist the HR and operations teams during onboarding by creating official email accounts and setting up access to specialized platforms (QuickBooks Online, Xero, IRIS, SECP portals, CRM tools).
  • Implement strict data security protocols, ensuring access rights are instantly revoked when an employee offboards.
  • Provide basic training or technical guidance to fresh staff members on using company software and communication tools.

4. IT Inventory & Administrative Support

  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date digital inventory of all IT assets (PCs, laptops, monitors, mice, keyboards, chairs, ups, and network cables).
  • Track and manage routine maintenance schedules for office hardware and backup power systems (UPS/Generators).
  • Assist management in identifying hardware replacement needs and technical specifications for office expansion.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BS (SE), or equivalent technical diploma/degree.
  • Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant experience (Fresh graduates with strong internship or freelance desktop support experience are highly encouraged to apply).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Windows OS installation, troubleshooting, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, LAN, Router configuration).

  • Communication: Good verbal and written English and Urdu skills to coordinate with team members and vendors.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, high attention to detail, ability to handle pressure during high-stress seasonal peaks, and a proactive "get things done" attitude.
