Job Description:

Willing to learn & investigate emerging technologies, industry trends and regulatory developments relevant to technology auditing practices.

Assist in planning and executing risk-based technology audit engagements of key processes in line with audit plans throughout the group’s international operations and companies by applying professional audit standards.

Collaborate with audit team to develop remediation plans and track implementation of corrective actions.

Identify key risks and controls within IT and related business processes, review and evaluate overall internal controls to determine the reliability and integrity of IT and business processes.

Prepare and organize audit working papers with adequate documentation.

Make recommendations on how to improve technology and governance processes.
-
Follow up on IT Audit action plan progress, ensure that the recommendations are implemented in a timely manner as committed and Senior Management is aware of the risks.

Work with audit team for actively contributing to the development of analysis studies and the use of technology.

Develop effective working relationships with all levels of process owners and audit staff.

Perform ad-hoc studies such as audit projects, management requests etc.
Key Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Computer Engineering or related fields.

Advanced level of proficiency in English.

2-4 years of expertise in IT Audit.

Having or willing to learn about Audit Standards / Frameworks.

Able to work with and understand technology experts from different organizations of group companies.

Being adaptive to new technology transformations, strategies & approaches.
-
Strong planning and coordination skills.
-
Technology based audit certifications & learnings will be an asset. (CISA and/or CISSP, CIA certifications and other relevant certificates such ISO27001, CRISC, CRMA, CobiT etc. will be an asset)

An analytical and problem solving mindset with an attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong influencing and negotiating skills.
-
Time management skills and the ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner.

Able to travel both international and local offices of group companies.
-
Ability to work with deadlines and use own initiative with a positive can-do attitude.

IT knowledge and willing to learn on Technology Processes and Systems such as Business Applications (SAP ERP), Databases, Desktop and Mobile Operating Systems, Network, Information Security, IT Legal Frameworks such ISO/KVKK/GDPR/SPK etc.
