Overview:
Strategic Technology Advisors (STA) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives across various industries. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring successful implementation of Oracle Cloud and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
• Support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements
• Assist in change management and user training efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise systems
• Experience with Oracle Cloud or other ERP platforms preferred
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
