TITLE: IT Business Analyst, Supply Chain
TYPE: Direct Hire
LOCATION: Colmar, PA
ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Hybrid, 2-3 days a week onsite
START DATE: November/December 2025

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst, Supply Chain to play a key role in improving planning systems, streamlining processes, and ensuring technology solutions effectively support business objectives across the organization's supply chain. This position will collaborate closely with supply chain leaders and technical teams to translate operational needs into system requirements, implement process enhancements, and support ongoing planning initiatives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the subject matter expert for SAP APO modules (DP, SNP, PP/DS) and related integrations.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and IT partners to collect, interpret, and document requirements supporting planning and forecasting functions.
• Offer daily user support, troubleshoot issues, and manage system improvements within APO.
• Provide configuration and functional expertise to design and enhance SAP PP/APO solutions.
• Evaluate current supply chain planning processes and recommend optimization opportunities leveraging APO or other planning tools.
• Lead functional design workshops, configuration efforts, and testing for supply chain planning initiatives.
• Gain a strong understanding of business operations and related systems to identify and deliver practical system enhancements.
• Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, user stories, functional specs, and solution overviews.
• Deliver end-user training, assist with change management, and promote adoption of best practices.
• Contribute to major supply chain programs such as S&OP, inventory management, and global planning transformation efforts.
• Partner with SAP technical resources (Basis, ABAP, PI/PO) to validate and implement technical solutions.
• Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions and planning accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP APO (DP, SNP, or PP/DS) or SAP IBP.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supply chain, business analysis, or functional analyst position.
• Experience with SAP ECC integration to APO is preferred.
