About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to support our international IT business initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, stakeholder coordination, functional documentation, and leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, documentation accuracy, data insights, and requirement analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Interact with international clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand business requirements.
• Perform requirement elicitation through interviews, workshops, surveys, and meetings.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical documentation.
• Use AI-driven requirement analysis tools to enhance clarity and completeness.

Documentation & Process Mapping

• Prepare requirement documents including:
• SRS (Software Requirement Specification)
• BRD (Business Requirement Document)
• User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes
• FSD (Functional Specification Document)
• Workflow diagrams and process maps
• Maintain product and project documentation in Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Use AI tools like Notion AI, ClickUp AI, ChatGPT, Jira AI Assist for writing, formatting & validation.

Project Support & Coordination

• Collaborate with technical, QA, UI/UX, and project management teams to ensure requirement clarity.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating functional requirements and documenting gaps.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs and sprint planning participation in Agile environments.
• Track requirement changes and update documentation accordingly.

Data Insights & Reporting

• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and solution feasibility.
• Create dashboards, reports, and insights using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or AI analytics tools.
• Present findings to stakeholders in a structured and visual format.

Client Interaction

• Serve as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Participate in international calls, demos, product discussions, and requirement alignment sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT domain (software development, SaaS, IT services experience preferred).
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and documentation standards.
• Strong command of AI tools used in BA workflows, such as:
• ChatGPT or Gemini for requirement validation & documentation improvements
• ClickUp AI, Notion AI for task organization
• AI-powered data analytics or visualisation tools (Power BI Copilot, Tableau AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot)
• AI wireframing tools like Uizard AI, Figma Assist
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Ability to create user journeys, workflow diagrams, mockups, and process models (BPMN preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
