IT Business Analyst

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in process analysis, re-engineering, and documentation within banking.
• Solid understanding of banking.
• Ability to interpret and apply Regulations and operational standards.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Nintex).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with a clear, structured writing style.
• Experience in banking is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to engage multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Finance (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in banking operations or payments process design.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or Process Improvement highly desirable.
• Experience in transformation or system migration projects preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
