Job Summary

A Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting organizational goals by analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. This position acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that functional specifications align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis to identify stakeholder needs and develop solutions
• Gather, review, and analyze data requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership
• Maintain and document business and functional specifications
• Support testing and rollout of new systems or technology solutions
• Produce reports and deliver stakeholder presentations
