Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst/Communication Specialist with 3+ years of experience to lead requirements gathering, process improvement, and business solutions for IT projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in understanding business needs, analyzing and documenting requirements, and collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams to implement effective solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood and documented.
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze and map current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements that align with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders across various business units, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements and user stories.
- Solution Design & Support: Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs, ensuring requirements are met in the final product or service.
- Change Management: Support the implementation of changes and process improvements by preparing communication plans, training materials, and conducting user training.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop UAT plans and facilitate user testing to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Project Support: Act as the liaison between the business and technical teams throughout the project life cycle, ensuring alignment and successful delivery.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and report on the success of implemented solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in IT-driven projects.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and business analysis tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical specifications and requirements.
- Tools: Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
