Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product roadmaps
Translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
Conduct competitor and market analysis to integrate the latest digital trends and AI-driven solutions
Identify gaps and recommend tech-driven improvements using AI tools and modern analytics platforms
Build wireframes, process models, and business cases using tools like BPMN, UML, Figma, Miro
Communicate with stakeholders to capture and align priorities, pain points, and KPIs
Lead or support agile ceremonies: grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Embrace an iterative mindset and thrive in fast-paced, product-oriented teams

Skills & Qualifications – What We’re Looking For:

Senior Analyst

• 5–8 years of solid experience in BA/product roles
• Strong in requirements engineering, process optimization, and product thinking
• Hands-on with AI for business modeling, data insights, and workflow automation
• Experience mentoring junior BAs or acting as a proxy PO

Lead Analyst / Product Owner

• 8+ years in business analysis or product management
• Proven leadership in driving digital transformation and strategic initiatives
• Deep understanding of AI/ML integration in business platforms
• Expert in managing cross-functional teams, leading discovery workshops, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication and roadmap planning skills

Bonus Skills (All Levels):

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SAFe frameworks
• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Notion AI, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make.com
• Understanding of AI use cases in process automation, customer experience, and analytics
• Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
