Job Role:

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to grow our IT sales business in UAE. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new client, corporate clients, promoting IT products & services, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Identify and onboard new customers across UAE.

Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.

Build strong long-term B2B customer relationships.

Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the same field (IT Sales / Business Development) – Mandatory.

Must be currently available in the UAE.

UAE Driving License – Mandatory.

Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and corporate sales strategies.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Language Priority: Candidates who can speak English and Hindi fluently, and also communicate in Malayalam will be given preference.

Self-motivated with ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Compensation Package:

Basic Salary: AED 3000 – 3,500 (based on experience).

Sales Commission.

Target Bonus: Extra incentives upon exceeding targets.

Company-provided mobile allowance & other benefits.
