Job Summary
Trasol Tech is looking for a dynamic IT Business Development Executive to drive new business growth by selling enterprise IT solutions across the UAE and GCC. The role involves lead generation, solution selling, and managing the complete sales cycle while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through multiple channels
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for IT services
- Sell enterprise solutions including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM), Azure Cloud, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Salesforce Consulting Services
- Engage with IT Managers, CTOs, and decision-makers to understand business requirements
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for demos, proposals, and solution presentations
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and achieve assigned targets
- Develop and grow key accounts with long-term business opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in B2B IT sales or IT services consulting
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, D365, Azure, Power Platform)
- Experience selling Salesforce or enterprise software solutions
- Proven ability in lead generation and deal closure
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
