Hiring Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and grow our small but ambitious team of three. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and sales skills who is excited to help scale a creative services company. You will work closely with the founders, manage proposals and Upwork bidding, communicate with potential clients, and help expand our sales pipeline.

Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving new business by reviewing proposals and following up with leads from Upwork, LinkedIn, and inbound channels
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met
  • Tracking outreach, pipeline, and conversion metrics and sharing weekly reports
  • Helping improve and refine sales processes

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, client management, or sales, preferably in design, creative, or IT services
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear proposals and handle client conversations
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team and taking ownership of growth initiatives
