Job Summary
Trasol Tech is looking for a highly experienced IT Business Development Manager (Microsoft Products) to lead and drive revenue growth for our IT services and enterprise technology solutions across the UAE and GCC region. The role requires a strategic, result-oriented professional with strong leadership capabilities, deep experience in B2B IT sales, and the ability to manage teams, key accounts, and complex sales cycles. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining sales strategy, building high-performing BD teams, expanding key accounts, and closing high-value enterprise deals across Microsoft and Salesforce ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the IT business development strategy across UAE & GCC
  • Drive enterprise sales for Microsoft & Salesforce solutions including M365, Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM), Azure Cloud, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Salesforce Consulting Services
  • Build and manage strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior decision-makers
  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure
  • Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing BD/Sales team
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, targets, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure winning solutions
  • Identify new markets, verticals, and strategic partnerships

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B IT sales / business development
  • Proven experience leading and managing sales or BD teams
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft solutions (M365, Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint)
  • Experience selling Salesforce consulting or enterprise software solutions
  • Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
