IT Business Systems Analyst (In-Person / Hybrid)

We are actively searching to add an IT Business Systems Analyst to our team in our Eagan, MN office.

The IT Business Systems Analyst supports and improves business operations by managing projects and optimizing enterprise systems, This role enhances efficiency, data reliability, and technology performance across ERP, CRM, analytics, and telecom platforms.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams: key stakeholders, IT (both internal and external partners), and/or Factories to solicit and analyze requirements

· Document technical and business requirements to support project initiatives

· Manage projects/enhancements throughout the project life cycle

· Perform data analysis & data mining activities to support SQL development needs

· Help support existing Microsoft 365/Dynamics environments & other proprietary tools

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Ability to assess business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design effective technology solutions.

· Skilled at planning, coordinating, and delivering technology initiatives on time and within scope.

· Effective at translating technical concepts for business users and working across departments to implement improvements.

· Report development experience in Power BI and/or other applicable platforms

· Transact SQL development experience in Microsoft Azure and/or SSMS 2012 or higher

Education and Experience:

· A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

· 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central Premium a plus

· Physical Requirements:

· Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.

· Capacity to lift and move equipment up to 25 pounds as needed.

· Adequate vision and dexterity to operate computers, mobile devices, and related technology.

· Ability to travel occasionally between office locations or to attend meetings and training sessions.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
