I.T / CCTV Executive

E-Lite is looking for I.T / CCTV Executive:

The IT Executive manages and oversees the company’s IT infrastructure and ensures its efficient operation. This role involves maintaining hardware and software systems, providing technical support, and implementing IT policies and procedures to enhance system performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks.

CCTV support and monitoring.

Implement and manage the company's message broadcast system.

Ensure the reliable operation of hardware, software, and network systems.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

Ensure data protection and compliance with relevant regulations.

Monitor and manage cybersecurity threats and incidents.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery processes are in place.

Assist in planning and implementing IT projects to improve business operations.

Job Specification:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in using IT management software and tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
