Position Overview
The IT & Campaign Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the company’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support to staff, and managing communication campaigns across multiple platforms. This role combines strong technical expertise with analytical and operational skills to support both IT and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Support
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely assistance to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient workflow.
- System Maintenance & Monitoring: Monitor and maintain the health of servers, networks, and workstations by performing updates, backups, and security checks to prevent disruptions.
- Network Configuration & Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and management of network hardware and software to ensure reliable connectivity across departments.
- User Training & Support: Conduct onboarding sessions and provide ongoing training for employees on IT systems, applications, and security best practices.
- Security & Compliance: Support the implementation of security protocols, firewall management, and compliance with relevant standards to safeguard company data.
Call Center Systems Support
- Collaborate with PBX and SIP vendors to ensure smooth and uninterrupted call center operations.
- Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain PBX/SIP phone systems and call routing to optimize communication flow and service delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with various business units to implement IT-driven solutions that support operational efficiency and enhance system performance.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to align IT strategies with business goals.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with PBX and SIP-based call center systems.
- Experience in campaign management (SMS, Robocall, WhatsApp) and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and training skills.
- Ability to balance multiple responsibilities across IT support and marketing operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
