Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to support IT procurement and contract management activities. This role requires strong coordination skills, a basic understanding of contract law, and familiarity with IT/software agreements.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining IT-related contracts and procurement documents.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for contract clarifications, renewals, and updates.
  • Support procurement processes, including sourcing information, validating requirements, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
  • Manage contract lifecycle activities such as expiration tracking, renewals, and version control.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and applicable legal requirements.
  • Assist the IT support/helpdesk function when required, particularly in documentation and coordination tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards related to procurement and contract performance.
  • Support evaluation of SaaS, cloud services, and subscription-based agreements.


Requirements

Experience:
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in contract administration, procurement, or IT support.
  • Prior experience in desktop or helpdesk support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS agreements, software licensing models, cloud services contracts, and subscription-based services.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Basic understanding of contract law, compliance, and risk management principles in the context of IT contracts.
  • Proficient in SAP MM/Ariba and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
