Position: IT Coordinator (Saudi National)

About the Role:
A leading international school in Riyadh is seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join its IT department as an IT Coordinator. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, proactive, and eager to begin their career in information technology.

The IT Coordinator will serve as a liaison between school users and the technical operations team, ensuring clear communication and smooth handling of IT-related matters. The position focuses on coordination, follow-up, and system implementation rather than advanced technical development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for IT-related requests from school staff.
• Log, track, and follow up on technical support tickets and service requests.
• Communicate effectively between users and the IT operations team.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and system logs.
• Coordinate the implementation and deployment of school systems and applications.
• Support the coordination of on-site IT activities when needed.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Graduate of KSU, PNU, or Imam University.
• Saudi national.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and user support principles.
