All Administrative and Coordination activities in the IT department.
Handle queries and correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail on both customer side and vendor side.
Respond to the queries and correspondence aunder Team lead guidance
Key point of contact for IT-related inquiries and issues from customers and internal team members.
Disseminate important IT-related information and updates to customers.
Working with support engineers to ensure customer support with superior service.
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Qualification: Inter/Diploma / BA/BCOM/ Graduation
