THE JOB:
The Security Analyst plays a pivotal role within the organization by leading and supporting comprehensive threat and vulnerability management initiatives across multiple business units. In this role, you will design and implement strategic solutions to transform threat intelligence and vulnerability data into actionable insights and effective remediation plans. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, you will ensure clear visibility into the organization’s evolving threat landscape, enabling informed decision-making and proactive response strategies to safeguard the enterprise.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee threat intelligence ingestion and analysis from multiple third-party feeds, executing a structured triage process to prioritize and drive remediation or awareness aligned with business risk.

• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to define and communicate vulnerability remediation requirements based on risk criticality and impact.

• Lead vulnerability lifecycle management and compliance tracking from audits and assessments, enabling continuous security posture improvement.

• Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive team environment focused on service excellence, skill development, and succession planning aligned with diversity goals.

• Maintain advanced expertise in security technologies and threat landscapes, integrating emerging trends into risk mitigation strategies.

• Execute alerting and escalation workflows to ensure timely, coordinated incident response across internal and external stakeholders.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in information security intelligence, vulnerability management, or incident response.

• Industry certifications such as CISM, CISSP, OSCP, or CEH.

• Experience managing Vulnerability Management Programs and knowledge of security stacks.

• Proficiency in using development languages to automate workflows, analysis, or integrations.

• Strong expertise in endpoint, network, and cloud security, including network architectures and traffic analysis.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical incidents into business impact and extract actionable insights from large data sets.
