Job Description – IT & Database Administrator

Location: Al Ghail, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (Relocation Mandatory)

Position Overview

Meta Green Middle East FZ LLC is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled IT & Database Administrator to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, databases, and internal systems. The role requires hands-on experience in system administration, data security, and ERP/software support.

Candidate Requirement: Male candidates only(Preference: Young, presentable, formal attire)Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company databases, servers, and internal IT systems
• Ensure data security, backups, access control, and system integrity
• Handle ERP/software database management and user support
• Monitor system performance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with management for IT infrastructure planning and upgrades
• Maintain IT documentation, licenses, and system records

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT & database management experience (UAE experience only)
• Strong knowledge of databases, servers, networking, and data security
• Working knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, and AI basics
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to relocate to Al Ghail, Ras Al Khaimah
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
