Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Intake & Prioritization:

  • Manage the centralized intake of IT service requests from business units, ensuring clarity, business justification, and alignment with IT and organizational strategies.

Process Governance:

  • Maintain and continuously improve the IT Demand Planning Process, ensuring compliance with corporate governance, budgeting, and project management standards.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the central point of contact between business units and IT, facilitating communication and ensuring transparency in the demand lifecycle.

Demand Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze incoming demand to identify trends, duplication, or opportunities for consolidation. Provide regular reports to leadership on demand volume, types, and alignment with strategic goals.

Integration & Automation:

  • Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of the demand process with project portfolio management (PPM), budgeting, and approval systems.

Training & Change Management:

  • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides to support end-user adoption. Lead change management initiatives to improve process awareness and usage.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction with the demand process.


Competencies:

Technical Skills :

  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and demand management best practices.
  • Experience with process automation tools, workflow design, and service catalogues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
