Requirements

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Business Demands Management
• Strong Demand Management in technical and business delivery
• Deep Business analysis skills
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and scrum framework
• Deep understanding of banking business and IT banking solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of banking business processes and compliance requirements
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in a T24 context

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business demands across departments
• Forecast future IT/business based on agreed Squads plans
• Act as a bridge between business units and IT/delivery teams
• Understand business priorities and translate them into actionable requirements
• Manage the intake process for new demand requests
• Assess feasibility, alignment with strategy, and resource availability
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize demands based on business value, urgency, and capacity
• Align demand with available IT or delivery resources
• Identify gaps and propose resourcing plans
• Ensure demands go through proper governance processes
• Track status, approvals, and communicate regularly with stakeholders
