Job Title: IT Designer / Web Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces.
• Create UI/UX layouts, graphics, and visual content for web and mobile platforms.
• Work with IT and marketing teams to design creative materials (banners, mailers, presentations, social media creatives).
• Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and SEO optimized.
• Maintain and update company websites, troubleshoot design-related issues.
• Collaborate with developers for integration of design into applications.
• Research current design trends and apply them to improve brand identity.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Figma, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic coding for web design).
• Strong sense of creativity, typography, and branding.
• Good communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Diploma in IT, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic/web design.
• Portfolio of previous work is mandatory.

Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
