About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, technically curious problem-solver to take ownership of our day-to-day IT operations while helping the business improve through content creation, AI tools, and automation.

Our team relies on Microsoft 365, Windows, Shopify, Notion, websites, and internal systems every day. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly, provide technical support to staff, and, when systems are stable, use your time to create digital content and automate repetitive processes.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both solving technical problems and building creative solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT & Systems

• Administer Microsoft 365 (users, licenses, email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Manage website hosting, DNS, email routing, and basic website maintenance
• Support and maintain Shopify stores
• Manage Notion workspaces, permissions, and organisation
• Run basic SQL queries and assist with reporting
• Provide day-to-day IT support for staff
• Maintain documentation, passwords, access controls, and system records

Content & Automation

• Create short-form videos and graphics for company brands
• Use AI tools for content creation and business support
• Build and maintain simple workflow automations
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process improvement

Requirements

• Degree, diploma, or hands-on experience in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong Windows troubleshooting and PC support skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
• Familiarity with web hosting, DNS, and cPanel
• Basic networking knowledge
• Basic SQL skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Shopify and Notion
• Familiarity with AI tools
• Experience with video editing, graphic design, or content creation
• Exposure to automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms

• A technically capable candidate with an interest in content, automation, or digital operations
• Entry to mid-level candidates (0–3 years experience welcome)
