IT & Digital Services Intern

Job Description (JD)

As an Intern at Sprint Technologies, you will get hands-on exposure to real-world IT and digital projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in website design & development tasks (content updates, basic UI support, testing)

· Support digital marketing activities including SEO, social media posting, and basic analytics

· Help in IT infrastructure & networking support (system setup, troubleshooting, documentation)

· Assist in cloud & security related tasks (basic configurations, monitoring, learning best practices)

· Support software testing, documentation, and deployment activities

· Assist in AMC & managed IT services such as client support coordination and service logs

· Maintain basic project documentation and reports

· Learn and follow company processes, security policies, and client handling practices

Eligibility Criteria

· Students / Freshers pursuing or completed IT, Computer Science, BCA, MCA, Diploma in IT, or related fields

· Basic understanding of computers, networking, or digital platforms

· Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Commitment for the full 6-month internship period
