Acting as the bridge between technology and the wider business strategy, you will shape the digital roadmap, ensure robust governance, and oversee the successful delivery of major transformation initiatives across a complex, geographically distributed estate.Responsibilities:As an IT Director, you will

• Set and deliver a future-focused IT strategy that directly aligns with the business' commercial and operational goals.
• Lead major digital transformation programmes, including ERP upgrades, cloud adoption, and enterprise system evolution.
• Ensure secure, stable, and scalable IT operations across a large, distributed construction estate.
• Build strong partnerships across the business, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring technology delivers measurable value.

Requirements:As an IT Director, you will need

• Proven experience operating at senior IT leadership level within a multi-site or operationally complex organisation.
• A track record of aligning technology investments to commercial outcomes and driving ROI.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments, including cloud, cyber security, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of influencing at Executive level.
