We are seeking a strategic and experienced IT Director to lead our technology initiatives, strengthen our digital infrastructure, and support the continued growth of our organization.

Position Summary

The IT Director will oversee the company’s technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems management, and IT team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that improve operational efficiency, data security, compliance, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy and technology roadmap
• Oversee all IT infrastructure, networks, servers, systems, and software applications
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices and compliance with healthcare and data privacy regulations
• Manage pharmacy systems, POS systems, inventory platforms, and business applications
• Lead IT projects including system upgrades, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives
• Supervise and mentor the IT department staff and external vendors
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and minimize downtime
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement
• Collaborate with leadership teams to align technology solutions with business goals
• Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive IT leadership experience
• Experience managing enterprise networks, cybersecurity, cloud systems, and business software
• Strong knowledge of healthcare or pharmacy technology systems is preferred
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are a plus

Pay: AED50,000.00 - AED55,000.00 per month
