We are looking for an IT Director – Digital Operations who can take full ownership of our technology landscape. This is not just a systems management role—you will define the strategy, lead execution, and ensure our digital infrastructure supports growth at scale.

You will lead a skilled technical team, align IT with business objectives, and act as the key decision-maker for all technology initiatives. You are the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and built for performance.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Strategy & Leadership:
Define and execute the company’s IT and digital operations strategy aligned with business goals.

Infrastructure & Systems Management:
Oversee networks, cloud systems, email platforms, and internal tools to ensure high availability and performance.

Security & Compliance:
Implement and maintain cybersecurity standards, ensuring data protection and system integrity.

Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor IT staff, providing guidance, structure, and performance oversight.

Operational Optimization:
Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and system improvements across departments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, customer support, and leadership teams to enhance digital workflows.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
5+ years in IT leadership roles such as IT Director, Head of IT, or IT Manager.

Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.

Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage teams, drive projects, and make strategic decisions.

Operational Mindset:
Experience improving systems, processes, and digital workflows.

Communication:
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Mindset:
You are practical and results-driven. You know when to optimize and when to execute quickly.
