IT Division Head

A well established IT Company based in Sharjah UAE is seeking a visionary and results-driven Business Unit Head to lead its operations, drive strategic growth, and enhance its position in the UAE’s competitive IT and technology solutions market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for steering the company across business development, finance, operations, client relations, and team leadership all with a tech-savvy mindset and strong commercial acumen.

Designation : Business Unit Head

Reporting to CEO

Location: Sharjah UAE.

Salary : Negotiable for the right Candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute company-wide business strategies aligned with long-term objectives
• Oversee daily operations including sales, service delivery, logistics, and finance
• Lead and mentor departmental heads and cross-functional teams to ensure performance and accountability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and stakeholders
• Identify new market opportunities, oversee bid submissions and tender and expand customer base
• Monitor budgets, profitability, and performance metrics; ensure financial health of the company
• Manage contracts, risk assessments, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance standards
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, IT infrastructure planning, and service innovation
• Represent the company in trade shows, industry forums, and strategic partnerships

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
• UAE Minimum 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in the IT, hardware distribution, or tech solutions sector
• Deep understanding of UAE/GCC IT markets, government projects, and channel sales dynamics
• Strong financial and operational management capabilities
• Proven record of team-building, negotiation, and strategic planning
• Must know how to run an IT company or an IT division .
• Knowledge of AI and related fast growing technologies .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED30,000.00 per month
