Job Description:
Summary:
• Supports assigned application(s) • Takes on call assignments as scheduled and performs other duties as scheduled. • Participates in validation sessions • Maintains documentation of workflow processes • Individuals must Achieve certification and maintain it as new versions are released by vendor. • Creates effective training materials and classroom presentations. • Collaborates with application team to meet training requirements for new end users • Conducts classroom training sessions and on-site at-the-elbow support. • Administers proficiency assessments • Updates course offerings and scheduling in the learning management system. • Coordinates logistics for scheduling and presenting classroom training • Uses standardized reports to assure that training meets established objectives. • Trains and coaches credentialed trainers. • Maintains effective and respectful customer service relationships with stakeholders. • Tracks time to work effort assignments & maintains time card appropriately.
Requirements:
• Associate Degree or 2 years’ IT experience if no degree. Health Care experience preferred but not required. • Expected to achieve software certification based on vendor recommendations and department requirements for application(s) within 6 months. Skills: • Skilled at problem solving. • Strong communication skills – written and oral. • Proficient organizational skills. • Skilled in Microsoft Office products. • Able to troubleshoot basic PC issues.
