IT Engineer

· Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems, software applications, and databases.

· Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls for various systems and applications.

· Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure system integrity and data protection

· Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, addressing their IT-related issues and inquiries.

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems and escalate complex issues as needed.

· Document and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining user satisfaction.

· Implement and enforce security measures to protect IT systems and data from unauthorized access, viruses, and malware.

· Monitor and respond to security incidents, including conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions.

· Coordinate with digital marketing and website development vendor for regular updates

Perform other responsibilities associated with this position

• Proven experience in IT support and system administration roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
