Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to users of the organization's IT systems, including hardware,software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.

Provide user training on the organization's IT systems

Manage the organization's IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses

Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies

Work with vendors to procure and maintain IT equipment and services
Key Requirements

2+ years of experience in IT support

Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education
Bachelors in Computer Engineering or Information Technology
