We are seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer to join our team in Canada. The successful candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for maintaining and improving our company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for all hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot and diagnose network and server issues
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and uptime
• Maintain security protocols and ensure data privacy
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to identify and resolve technical issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-7 years of experience in IT engineering
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
• Proficiency in operating systems, such as Windows and Linux
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Familiarity with cloud computing and storage solutions, such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or Java
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
