IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to end-user machines.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT issues.
• Manage software installations and upgrades.
• Assist with cybersecurity measures and data backup protocols.
• Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
• Microsoft Hyper-V environment maintenance.
• Veeam job setup and monitoring.
• Data Center monitoring.
• Microsoft365 configuration and troubleshooting.
• Any other official assignment assigned by line manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences.
• 2 -3 years experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of storage and servers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
