Job Title: IT Executive / IT Engineer

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and technically strong IT professional with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day IT operations, assist in software implementation, and provide technical support to ensure the seamless functioning of business applications, networks, and systems. The role requires hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, ERP/CRM implementation, and a solid understanding of real estate business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Implementation & Support
- Assist in the implementation and customization of ERP / CRM / project management software used in real estate operations.
- Coordinate with software vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth system rollout and integration.
- Conduct user training, testing, and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
- Document business requirements and communicate technical needs effectively between users and developers.
IT Systems & Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain company servers, networks, desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT assets.
- Ensure data backup, security, and compliance with IT policies.
- Monitor system performance and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Oversee installation and configuration of hardware and software applications.
User & Vendor Support
- Provide technical support to staff across all departments.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, hardware procurement, and software licensing.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure timely maintenance and upgrades.
Data Management & Security
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures and antivirus systems.
- Ensure regular data backups and manage recovery processes.
- Support management with data analytics, reports, and system enhancements.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems administration.
- Experience with ERP/CRM implementation, preferably in the real estate or construction domain (e.g., SAP, FARVISION, Buildsmart, MS Dynamics, or similar).
- Knowledge of database management (SQL, MS Access) and system integrations.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with real estate processes such as project costing, sales, procurement, and billing will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related field.
- Additional certifications in Networking / System Administration / ERP tools are preferred.
Salary Range: ₹3 LPA to ₹6 LPA.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
