Job Responsibilities:

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing and supporting the company’s full digital operations, including:

E-Commerce Management

• Manage and update product listings on Amazon and Noon platforms

• Monitor inventory, pricing, order processing, and product performance

• Optimize listings to increase visibility and sales

• Coordinate with operations team for timely order fulfillment

Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and publish content across all social media channels

• Monitor engagement, run paid ad campaigns, and track performance

• Improve brand presence and customer interaction

Graphic Design

• Create product images, promotional banners, social media creatives

• Work on branding materials (catalogs, brochures, packaging designs)

• Ensure all visuals follow company brand guidelines

Website Management

• Update website content, product information, images, and layout

• Coordinate with web developers for improvements or technical issues

• Maintain SEO standards to increase online visibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Multimedia, or related field

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce platforms (Amazon/Noon)

• Strong knowledge of social media marketing

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)

• Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress/Shopify preferred)

• Good communication and teamwork skills
