IT Executive
Job Role:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily IT operations, deliver technical support, manage systems and networks, and ensure the organization’s technology infrastructure runs smoothly and securely. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, networks, and IT equipment.
- Monitor internet performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols.
- Ensure data backup, recovery procedures, and cybersecurity measures are in place.
- Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and implementations.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers when required.
- Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and IT assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support or IT executive role.
- Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support
- Good command on Microsoft office, Outlook, installation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data protection.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
