IT Executive

Joyland Rawalpindi is looking to hire for “IT Executive”

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, POS, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware as needed.
• Provide first-level support for internal users on IT-related queries and problems.
• Manage and maintain IT inventory including hardware and software.
• Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support system and network administration including user account setup, permissions, and access controls.
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and support logs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in a similar IT support or executive role.
• Solid understanding of networking, hardware, operating systems, and common office software.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP, DNS, etc.).
