We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day system functionality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, email setups, and access rights.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity problems.
• Ensure data backup, security protocols, and system updates.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services.
• Support ERP, CCTV, attendance, and other company systems.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets and configurations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of networks, operating systems, and security practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
