The desired candidate should have at least 5 years prior experience in handling the below mentioned roles & responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

• Hardware and Software Support: Install, configure, update and maintain desktop and laptop hardware, software, peripherals like printers, and mobile devices.
• Should be well versed with the Internet Security System (ENDPOINT Protection System)
• User Assistance and Troubleshooting: Provide remote and on-site support for end users to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and connectivity.
• Should have sound knowledge of managing Cloud Servers
• Must be thorough with Databases installation (Oracle & MSSQL)
• Operating System and Application Deployment: Manage and deploy OS images and software applications using deployment tools, ensuring systems are updated with the latest versions and patches.
• Network Connectivity: Troubleshoot and resolve user connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN connections.
• Asset Management: Track and manage IT inventory, ensuring accurate records of hardware and software assets.
• Good experience in Installation, configuring & troubleshooting of Office 365, OneDrive.
• Installation and Managing of antivirus products.Must be expert in Firewall & Router managing and configuration
• Taking / Monitoring Regular data backup, restoration of data & mail backup of MS outlook.

Job Requirements/Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in IT hardware and software management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of data security best practices.
- Certification in relevant IT technologies(CCNA) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
