Role Purpose

To ensure uninterrupted and secure IT operations at CLEAR Premium Water Head Office by managing systems, networks, Tally support, user support, and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide timely technical support to HO users.

Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, CCTV, and other hardware.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows systems, software applications, and networking devices.

Provide Tally support including installation, troubleshooting, backup coordination, and basic user support.

Ensure data security, antivirus management, regular data backup, and system health monitoring.

Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for AMC, repairs, licenses, and upgrades.

Manage email configuration, user account creation, and access controls as per company policies.

Monitor IT assets, maintain inventory records, and ensure timely maintenance.

Support IT implementation initiatives and ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.

Ensure minimum downtime and provide quick resolution to IT incidents.

Profile Requirements

Graduate / Diploma in IT or related field with relevant experience.

Hands-on experience in system support, networking, and Tally handling.

Good troubleshooting and coordination skills.

Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and service orientation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
