Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to staff, and maintain system security and performance. Candidates with prior experience in the hotel industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, and internet connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and data security protocols.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data protection measures are in place.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment and services.
• Maintain CCTV systems, biometric systems, and other IT-enabled services.
• Troubleshoot issues related to hotel management systems (PMS), POS systems, and other operational software (if applicable).
• Ensure IT compliance with organizational policies and cybersecurity standards.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and service logs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus software, and basic server management.
• Understanding of firewall configuration and data security practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be preferred.
• Experience handling Hotel PMS, POS systems, and hospitality IT infrastructure.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or other relevant IT certifications will be an advantage.

Pay: From BD325.000 per month
