We Are Hiring – IT Executive
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day IT operations across the organization
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment
* Provide Helpdesk Support to users
* Monitor and maintain network connectivity and system performance
* Handle hardware/software installations, upgrades, and maintenance
* Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and business applications
* Manage user accounts and access permissions
* Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repairs and procurement
* Maintain IT inventory and documentation
* Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Required Skills:
* Knowledge of Networking, Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
* Understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Routers, and Switches
* Familiarity with Active Directory, CCTV systems, and basic server support will be preferred
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience: Required: 2 to 3 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
