Urgently Required IT Executive/Engineer at Jubail (SAUDI ARABIA)

Job Responsibility-

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure & Systems

· Maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.

· Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software.

· Manage LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi systems, routers, switches, and firewalls.

· Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime.

· Perform regular system maintenance and updates.

ERP Management

· Manage, maintain, and support ERP systems across all departments.

· Configure ERP modules according to business requirements.

· Monitor ERP performance and resolve technical or functional issues.

· Coordinate ERP implementation, upgrades, migration, and customization.

· Train employees on ERP usage and best practices.

· Generate ERP reports and support data analysis for management.

· Ensure ERP database security, backup, and recovery processes.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection

· Implement IT security policies and procedures.

· Protect systems against viruses, malware, ransomware, and cyber threats.

· Manage user access controls and data confidentiality.

· Conduct regular data backup and disaster recovery procedures.

Technical Support

· Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network issues.

· Diagnose and resolve IT problems efficiently.

· Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.

Database & Software Management

· Manage databases, user accounts, and software licenses.

· Support integration between ERP and other business applications.

· Ensure smooth functioning of all IT applications and systems.

Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain IT asset records and system documentation.

· Prepare technical reports and IT performance summaries.

· Develop SOPs for IT operations and ERP processes.

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
