Key Responsibilities

【Physical and Technical Implementation】

• Responsible for receiving, unpacking, racking, cabling, and labeling equipment (either by supervising contractors or performing the tasks personally).
• Conduct line testing and meter testing, and generate professional test reports.
• Collaborate remotely on equipment debugging, upgrades, and integration testing (basic routing and switching knowledge required).

【24/7 Emergency Operations Support】

• On-call: Keep mobile phone accessible at all times and respond immediately to hardware failures (e.g., hard drive or power supply replacement)
• Emergency Travel: Be prepared to travel to other cities in the Americas to handle urgent cases.
• Inspection Services: Perform monthly or quarterly equipment inspection tasks.

【Operations Management and Coordination】

• Multitasking: Simultaneously coordinate and manage 3–5 concurrent work orders (cases).
• Spare Parts Management: Manage the receipt and issuance of spare parts in the warehouse, and coordinate logistics and delivery across the Americas region.
• Documentation: Draft SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), prepare site survey reports, and develop technical proposals.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (our company primarily serves Chinese clients; bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred)
• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Must be willing to work on an “on-call” basis and handle high-pressure work environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of networking, such as TCP/IP protocol stack, fundamental routing and switching concepts
• Basic server knowledge and familiarity with Linux command-line interface (CLI)
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and accommodate occasional overtime

岗位职责【物理与技术实施】

• 负责设备到货签收、拆箱、上架、布线、标签等工作（监督外包或自行操作）
• 完成线路测试、挂表测试，并输出专业测试报告
• 配合远程团队完成设备调试、升级、联调测试（需具备基础路由交换知识）

【7×24小时紧急运维支持】

• 随时Standby：保持手机畅通，紧急情况下立即响应处理硬件故障（如硬盘、电源更换）
• 紧急出差：随时准备前往美洲区其他城市处理紧急Case
• 巡检服务：完成月度或季度设备巡检任务

【运维管理与协调】

• 多线程处理：同时协调管理3-5个并行工单（Case）
• 备件管理：负责仓库备件的出入库管理，协调美洲区物流派送
• 文档输出：撰写SOP（标准操作流程）、准备现场勘查报告、技术方案

任职要求基本要求

• 优秀的英文沟通能力（本公司主要服务中国客户，中英文双语者优先）
• 具备较强的抗压能力，能够接受随时Standby的工作模式，适应高强度工作环境

优先条件

• 具备基础网络知识，了解TCP/IP协议栈、路由交换基本原理
• 掌握基础服务器知识，熟悉Linux命令行界面（CLI）
• 能够根据需要出差
• 能够高效承受压力，适应偶尔加班

Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month
