IT Field Engineer现场运维工程师(Full time-Data Center)

Key Responsibilities

【On-site Technical Support】

·Collaborate with team members to identify issues, handle tickets, and troubleshoot equipment failures

·Provide on-site support for server maintenance and related equipment

【Project Implementation】

Occasionally participate in on-site project implementation, including installation, cabling, switch configuration, and acceptance testing

【Coordination】

Coordinate with vendors and support teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution

【Documentation】

Prepare and maintain necessary technical documents, including configuration scripts, cable connection tables, and project/service acceptance reports

【Reporting】

Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or client-level reports as required

【Inventory Management】

Manage warehouse parts receiving and dispatching

Conduct regular inventory counts and support parts delivery to data centers as requested

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

·Fresh graduates are welcome; must hold an IT-related degree OR have 0-3 years of professional experience in the IT field

·Excellent English communication skills (our company primarily serves Chinese clients; bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

·Basic knowledge of networking, such as TCP/IP protocol stack, fundamental routing and switching concepts

·Basic server knowledge and familiarity with Linux command-line interface (CLI)

·Willingness to travel as needed

·Ability to work efficiently under pressure and accommodate occasional overtime

岗位职责：

• 与团队成员协调，识别问题、处理工单并排除故障设备故障。现场支持设备（服务器）维护工作。
• 偶尔参与项目现场实施，包括安装、布线、交换机配置、验收测试等。
• 与供应商和支持团队协调，解决项目技术问题并实施相关事宜。
• 参与提前准备必要的文档，包括配置脚本、线缆连接表以及项目/服务验收报告。
• 根据需要，提供日报、周报、月报、季度报告或客户级报告。
• 负责仓库零件的进出。
• 管理仓库库存，并根据要求进行库存盘点，支持零件向数据中心的交付。

基本职位要求：

• 接受应届毕业生，持有IT相关专业学位，或拥有0-3年IT领域专业经验。
• 优秀的中英文及其他语言沟通能力（本公司主要服务中国客户）。

优先职位要求：

• 具备基本的网络知识，例如 TCP/IP 协议栈、基本的路由和交换知识
• 具备基本的服务器知识，并熟悉 Linux 命令行界面 (CLI)
• 能够根据需要在国内外出差
• 能够高效地承受压力，偶尔需要加班

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,300.00 per month
