THE ROLE MCN Informatica LLC is seeking an IT Financial Manager to oversee the fiscal health of our technology operations in Lusail. You will be responsible for aligning IT investments with corporate strategy, managing complex vendor contracts, and ensuring the financial transparency of all technology projects.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES You will lead the IT budgeting and forecasting processes, managing both CAPEX and OPEX for regional technology initiatives. Your mandate includes conducting rigorous ROI analyses on software and hardware acquisitions, supervising vendor billing reconciliations, and implementing cost-optimization strategies for cloud and infrastructure services. Additionally, you will prepare detailed financial reports for the CTO, ensuring all IT spending adheres to Qatari regulatory standards and internal governance protocols.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS This role requires 8+ years of experience in financial management, specifically within the IT or Telecommunications sectors. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems is required, and professional certifications like a CPA or CIMA are preferred. You must possess advanced skills in IT financial management (ITFM) tools and ERP systems. Professional English fluency is mandatory for international stakeholder coordination and technical reporting.
