IT & Graphic Designer

Sky View Real Estate is looking for a creative and tech-savvy IT & Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing IT support with creative design work and is eager to learn and grow in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support (laptops, systems, software installation & troubleshooting)
• Maintain and track IT inventory and company assets
• Design flyers, brochures, social media posts, and basic marketing creatives
• Support the marketing and admin teams with ongoing design requirements
• Assist with basic video editing for social media and promotions
• Explore and implement AI tools to improve design and productivity

Requirements & Skills

• Knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting
• Hands-on skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Working knowledge of video editing tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects & CapCut
• Basic understanding or interest in AI tools for design/marketing
• Willingness to learn, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Real estate or marketing experience is a plus (not mandatory)
